Ensuring Rigor and Reproducibility in Core Facilities was the theme of this year's Core Facilities Colloquium.
The celebration of excellence took place on the Evanston campus (Guild Lounge) on Friday, February 8, 2019.
A detailed agenda is available below. In total, 22 cores were honored with awards (listed below) and some 90 core facility staff, administrators, directors and managers attended this year's event.
Attendees also engaged in a thoughtful discussion prompted by this year's theme of Rigor and Reproducibility and the role of core facilities in helping to reach this important objective.
Eight Managers of cores shared their perspectives on setting standards and communicating with users on the topic.
